This course discusses the principles applicable to general/ordinary powers, lasting powers and enduring powers. It provides links to relevant and updated source materials.
By the end of the course you should be able to advise authoritatively on topics such as:
the role of general/ordinary powers of attorney and their application to a range of commercial transactions
the role of lasting powers in relation to the health and welfare and/or the property and financial affairs of the donor
the role and duties of the attorney
the continuing relevance of enduring powers of attorney
About the Author:
